**goFLUENT está buscando un Business Developer para el mercado Colombiano. Alguien preparado para asumir este papel esencial como primer paso en nuestro proceso de ventas.**
**Si te gusta relacionarte con clientes B2B a través de diferentes canales y crear nuevas oportunidades de negocio, Envíanos tu currículum Compartirás historias de éxito con otros miembros del equipo de Business Development Global.**
**Que harás**:
- Actuar como la cara de la empresa, siendo el primer punto de contacto con los clientes potenciales.
- ** Prospectar potenciales clientes **por teléfono, correo electrónico u otros canales, con el objetivo de identificar a los responsables de la toma de decisiones.
- Cultivar las relaciones con los clientes potenciales.
- Identificar los puntos de necesidad de los clientes potenciales para ofrecer las soluciones adecuadas y **ayudar al equipo de ventas a cerrar las reuniones.**:
- Construir y gestionar la base de datos de empresas potenciales, actualizando la información de los contactos en **Salesforce.**
**Lo que necesitas**:
- Al menos **un año** de experiência en ventas o telemarketing.
- Se valora la experiência en ventas a empresas,** (B2B).**:
- Motivación para **realizar un alto volumen de llamadas.**:
- Buenas dotes de comunicación y capacidad para venta consultiva.
- Proactividad, capacidad de esfuerzo y superación.
- Alguien capaz de mostrar resiliencia. Las malas llamadas pueden ocurrir, pero necesitamos a alguien capaz de seguir intentándolo.
- ** Buen manejo de LinkedIn.**:
- Valorable: Experiência en Salesforce u otros CRM y manejo de las herramientas de Google.
- Nível intermedio de inglés, **mínimo B1**. (El manejo de otros idiomas es muy valorado).
