Help to meet internal and external customer expectations reviewing the principal projects that are sized by Professional Services
- Help to exceed customer expectations by identifying impactful user cases that enable people to transform their businesses with the full Fortinet’s Services portfolio
- provide an architectural perspective across the Fortinet service portfolio and can use your technical knowledge to accelerate customer opportunities.
- keep up-to-date on relevant competitors' services solutions.
- collaborate with the Partner Account Manager and Partner Sales leaders to recommend and develop Fortinet’s solution offerings the partner could offer to their customers. Example: as a Service Offerings.
- Build and drive the technical content to support the services offer
- Evangelize services product to internal stakeholders, field teams and external partners and customers
- develops the design of the packages offers, best practice documentation and thought leadership is expected
- develop the services area
- Motivate a sales team focused on all business
- Consistently builds and delivers on an accurate territory pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- Technical knowledge of Fortinet Solution
- Career: Electronic Engineer, System Engineer, Telecommunications or similar
- 6 years in the Cibersecurity industry
- 2 years or + of experience in presales of Fortinet solutions
- Experience in service development area (desirable)
