- We are looking for a** Technical Project Manager** to join our team in Colombia.- Our New York-based customer is an innovative start up providing the ultimate ticket management solution. A user-friendly platform that puts the power in customers' hands and helps them to save money in case of unwanted fees.**Role**:

- Technical Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Agile methodology and Scrum framework implementation
- Work with cross-functional team on successful project delivery
- Carry out monitoring to track project parameters (scope, budget, schedule, and quality)
- Communicate daily with stakeholders to share project status and identified issues
- Perform risk management activities on a regular basis
- Helping team to manage the backlog according to roadmap and priorities
- Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements
- Plan, staff, lead and motivate a project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations
- Manage team's performance, provide feedback and work on personal goals

**Requirements**:

- More three (3) years of hands-on experience in managing complex software projects with international clients.
- **Business Analyst or Scrum Master** roles in the pas.
- Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting requirements according to the project plan and stakeholders needs.
- In-depth experience with **Agile** methodologies in practice.
- Experience in **CI/CD** release process organization.
- Solid soft skills including business savviness, communication, and problem solving.
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills (C1).
- Computer Science or engineering degree.
- Technical background in **Software** engineering is a big plus.

- Workplace: Medellín.

- Salary Range: $3,000,000 - 4,000,000.
