**Job Opening**:Lead Generator - Obamacare Expert

**Location**:Medellin - Colombia

We are looking for a knowledgeable **Obamacare Expert** to join our team as a **Lead Generator**. If you have experience with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and a passion for helping others, this role is ideal for you. You will focus on finding and engaging potential clients interested in accessing Obamacare benefits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Consultation**: Offer expert guidance on Obamacare plans, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an updated database of leads, tracking all interactions and follow-ups.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies and provide insights for better results.
- **Education and Updates**: Stay current on ACA updates and inform leads to help them make better decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Expert Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
- **Experience**: Proven background in lead generation or sales, preferably in health insurance or financial services.
- **Communication Skills**: Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
