**Senior Account Executive - Health and Benefits - LATAM**

**What the day will look like**:
You will be responsible for the Relationship with a portfolio of Clients of the Health and Benefits structure in the Hub of Multinationals. Main activities:

- Customer portfolio management, relating to them and strengthening the relationship of trust;
- Prospecting for new business within the current portfolio;
- Renewal and negotiation of current policies;
- Preparation of reports and mediation for internal and external clients;
- Consultancy and assistance on risk management and insurance for clients.

In this position, you will be able to bring all your knowledge in insurance to manage a portfolio of global clients, offering specialized consultancy in risk management to our clients, working in a company that values he growth and development of our employees.

**Skills and experience that will lead you to success**:

- Complete graduation;
- Sales experience;
- Experience with health and benefits of insurance, preferably in insurance companies or brokerages;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Spanish;
- LATAM based.
