**A Day in the Life
- You will be responsible for providing contact center support at the times required by the business and defined by the weekly staffing schedule.
- You will document all customer contacts utilizing the current procedures & work instructions for data collection and reporting.
- You will deliver responses in a respectful manner demonstrating empathy, education, and empowerment.
- You will be responsible for understanding and following corporate and operating unit procedures.
- You will complete all required trainings on time.
- You will be responsible for escalating any identified gaps in process or product information necessary to respond to customer contacts.
- You will provide accurate technical and non-technical information aligned with labeling.
- You will maintain knowledge of Pelvic Health products and services; past, present, and future.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 or more years’ experience in customer service, technical support, in support desk, back office or related
- Fluent English level
- Proven analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in MS Office

**Nice to Haves**
- Neurological anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Call Center or Customer/Technical Service experience
- Medical Device product knowledge
