In the last 15 years, our services have helped companies to communicate effectively, using screens and other visual media at their locations. **EyeCatch Networks **is a dynamic and innovative digital signage company based in Miami Florida designing custom digital solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers by providing innovative solutions for digital menu boards, digital retail screens, corporate communications, interactive kiosks, wayfinding, and content creation. Helping businesses effectively manage in-store communications using digital displays across their points of business from one central location.

**Role**:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a the first point of contract for potential clients in the QSR and convenience store industry. You’ll play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying qualified leads, building relationships, and setting up meetings for our incredible sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads by uncovering specific needs and challenges related to digital signage and LED displays.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects by actively listening, building rapport, and addressing their concerns.
- Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives to follow up on.
- Maintain and update records in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data and pipeline visibility.
- Analyze lead generation data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to support lead generation efforts.

**You’re a perfect fit if you**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in a similar position
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in a similar position
- Love connecting with people, building relationships, and turning a “no” into an “absolutely yes”.

- Have a knack for uncovering customer needs and turning them into opportunities.
- Possess excellent organization and time management skills.

- Have experience in the QSR/Convenience store industry or sales related to digital signage.
- Understand the challenges and opportunities facing the digital signage industry.
- Are creative and resourceful in your outreach efforts.
