**Su misión**

**SOPORTE EXTERNO (pre-sales, proyectos y clientes - alrededor del 80% del tiempo)**
- Instalación, configuración y administración de software propio de la compañía, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento, optimización y seguridad.
- Brindar soporte y asistencia a clientes externos de manera oportuna, eficaz y profesional garantizando la satisfacción de los mismos.
- Documentar y reportar errores, bugs o solicitudes de nuevas funcionalidades a la casa matriz, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y una resolución oportuna de los problemas.
- Brindar una guía completa sobre el soporte, la conexión y/o el apoyo a la conexión desde el software de la compañía a las bases de datos de los clientes, asegurando un acceso confiable, seguro y eficiente a la información.
- Ofrecer un servicio de apoyo tecnológico durante las demostraciones y reuniones con prospectos, asegurando una experiência positiva y una comprensión clara de las capacidades del software de la compañía en materia de tecnología y seguridad de la información.

- Manejo de proveedores.
- Instalación, configuración y administración de software propio de la compañía, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento, optimización y seguridad.
- Brindar asistencia y soporte a problemas técnicos relacionados con los sistemas informáticos, software, hardware y redes de la empresa.
- Ofrecer apoyo al equipo de administración en requerimientos específicos del área de tecnología.

**Profil**:
**¿Podrías ser tú?**
- Estás acostumbrado a trabajar en inglés (nível C1), eres curioso y tienes algunas nociones de francés.
- Has configurado e instalado con éxito aplicaciones On-premise y SaaS.
- Tus sólidos conocimientos en seguridad de la información y experiência en la implementación de medidas eficaces te distinguirán.
- Con un gran sentido de la atención al cliente, sabes cómo comunicarte y ofrecer una asistencia al cliente de calidad, demostrada a través de un sólido historial de resolución de problemas y satisfacción del cliente.
- Aficionado a trabajar en una amplia gama de temas, tienes conocimientos en:

- Bases de datos (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Administración y gestión de servidores Windows y Linux.
- Office 365 y Windows en estaciones de trabajo.
- Funcionamiento y gestión de plataformas en la nube (Azure, AWS, GPT).
- Gestión de proveedores y compras de TI.
- Autónomo, demuestra liderazgo y proactividad a través de su capacidad para asumir problemas y ofrecer soluciones a sus clientes (tanto internos como externos).
