Staff Coordinator

**Compensation**:
4,500,000 COP
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new law firm clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including communication history and service agreements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client services, account management, or a related role.
- ** Must have HR Staff experience.**:
- Understanding of the legal industry and familiarity with law firm operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
