**The role**
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Drive the development of our product's user interface and user experience.- Serve as a liaison between our client, their contractors, and our dev team.- Anticipate and communicate business needs effectively.- Act as "voice of the customer" for field managers, contractors, and our technical team.- Prioritize and manage the product backlog for efficient development.- Gathering customer requirements- Creating user stories, Epics and product roadmap- Ideating and planning a winning product- Defining product strategy- Drawing up the product roadmap- Converting business needs into technical specifications for engineers to understand- Creating pilot programs to run prototypes and assess outcomes- Taking evidence-based decisions- Aligning product development with business goals- Finding and achieving success metrics- Ensuring customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design and product management.- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst / product owner / product manager- Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate technical and non-technical personalities.- 2+ years of experience working in AGILE or SCRUM methodologies. Product Owner and Scrum Master Certification a plus.- At least 1 year of experience in a CI/CD environment- Willingness to work remotely and travel internationally when required.- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.- C1 English or higher
