**Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)**

We are looking for motivated, coachable, and dynamic individuals to join our sales team. You'll be working with a small team of Sales leaders building a quickly-growing portfolio of leads and clients that help grow the company. These roles will require motivated salespeople who love chasing deals, working hard, and making industry-leading commissions.

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at TAG will be at the forefront of the organization. They are often the very first interaction a prospective client will have with our company and thus represent the mission and vision we are here to pursue. They will be a leading driver of the company’s brand and revenue. Ultimately, these positions serve as a launchpad to other roles within the organization as it grows.

Sales Development Representatives will focus on engaging with prospects and ensure that all prospective customers in our target markets (1) have heard of TAG’s portfolio of brands, including Anything Hotel, and (2) understand how we can support their business to reach the best ROAS possible. SDRs will handle both inbound leads and generate leads from outbound prospecting strategies to drive top-of-funnel opportunities with new customers. They will utilize their experience and acquired sales skills to help the company reach new people so we can ultimately improve operations for thousands of hotels, All across the US and beyond. SDRs will utilize and update data in the CRM and use a stack of tools to engage customers.

**Your Mission**
- Qualify inbound leads
- Set meetings for demos/presentations virtually
- Identify and research key contacts or stakeholders
- Be resourceful and persistent in contacting identified targets
- Document your outreach and tactics in the CRM to capture data and insights on what works, or what doesn’t
- Cultivate a cohesive, productive, and collaborative relationship with the sales team
- Deliver, exceed, and crush your weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Follow up and schedule appointments
- Manage data on prospective clients in CRM.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of sales experience or 2 years of call center/customer service experience.
- Excellent, business-grade English. Speaking and writing skills.
- A desire to be in sales is necessary for the role.
- Deadline, Target, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully.
- Coachable and able to implement feedback fast.
- Intrinsically motivated and believe in the power of hard work.
- Are avid learner and looking to grow rapidly in all aspects of your career.
- You have a deep curiosity for your customers and the problems they face.
