**Healthcare Account Specialist**

**Bilingual C1 English - Remote Position**

Location: Colombia.

**Position Overview**:.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high-net-worth clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. You will play a critical role in client onboarding, relationship management, and operational support, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Onboarding & Relationship Management**:

- Conduct thorough client onboarding, including explaining services, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Proactively identify client needs and anticipate potential challenges.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

**Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Promote and explain the value proposition of our services to clients.
- Guide clients through the financial aspects of their care, including payment options and insurance coverage.

**Operations & Coordination**:

- Coordinate case management activities, including therapist referrals and scheduling.
- Oversee remote staff operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff members.

**Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the EMR system (Practice Fusion, Simple Practice, or similar).
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related role within the
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and the US healthcare system, including in-network and out-of-network care delivery.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Practice Fusion, Simple Practice, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
