- 1 año experiência en ventas (consumo masivo tanto canales tradicionales y/o canales modernos)- Conocimientos técnicos_

- Autigestion para la Solución de problemas, Comunicación verbal y escrita, Liderazgo, Negociación- Lugar de trabajo_
- Suroeste Antioqueño y QuibdóPropósito del puesto:

- Liderar y desarrollar el equipo comercial a cargo con el objetivo de lograr los indicadores clave de ventas en su zona asignada.

Funciones:

- Desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño para asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de ventas, haciendo uso de las herramientas destinadas para tal fin que facilitan la supervisión al cumplimiento de los planes de trabajo.
- Coordinar a su equipo de trabajo para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias, programas y políticas de la empresa, trade marketing y mercadeo que tienen impacto directo en la operación de la compañía, sus recursos, y en los clientes del sector, para mejorar los indicadores clave de venta.
- Proponer, desarrollar y hacer seguimiento al plan de desarrollo mensual de los clientes estratégicos de la Unidad de negocios asignada, garantizando la realización de programas que favorezcan el crecimiento en ventas y la ejecución de las marcas; acompañado de un seguimiento a los indicadores claves de ventas de dichos clientes.
- Evaluar periódicamente las rutinas asignadas a su equipo de trabajo, para controlar el apego a lo definido, el balance en número de clientes, frecuencia y orden de visitas, para realizar los ajustes y propuestas necesarias con el objetivo de lograr un adecuado desarrollo de las actividades asignadas.
- Realizar un buen manejo de cartera de clientes crédito de la unidad asignada, dar soporte a la gerencia de cartera en la recuperación de esta y evaluar a los clientes potenciales para otorgar crédito, con el fin de incrementar volúmenes de ventas, cumpliendo con las políticas de la compañía en esta materia.
- Recibir y resolver las necesidades y problemas de los clientes; solucionar las que estén a su alcance y escalar las demás al gerente de ventas o de Trade Marketing, para garantizar atención oportuna a las mismas y por ende un adecuado Servicio al Cliente.
- Garatizar la sinergia con areas fucnionales que aporte directa o indirectamente en la ejecucion del cargo
