ZoomShift SDR Job Description:
Are you seeking a Sales role with boundless opportunities for growth and progression? Join the ZoomShift team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) and embark on a rapid journey towards becoming a full-cycle sales professional.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain up-to-date records and tasks within our CRM system.
- Secure 20 meetings monthly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and leadership to absorb knowledge and skills, preparing for a transition into a full-cycle sales role.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, you possess 1-3 years of sales experience, demonstrating tenacity, organization, drive, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Openness to coaching, a hunger for learning, and a willingness to experiment are key traits we seek.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (Pipedrive, Hubspot, & Salesforce) and other sales automation tools is advantageous.
- This is a full-time remote contractor position requiring a commitment of 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday.
