We are looking for a:
**Key Account Manager Colombia**

Farm Frites has been cultivating success for many years and is recognized worldwide for our passion for potatoes. As part of our continued expansion, we’re searching for a motivated and driven **Key Account Manager** to spearhead our growth in the Colombian foodservice market.

**Your role**

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our sales efforts, focusing on acquiring and nurturing key accounts across various market segments like leisure chains, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You’ll play a key role in building strong partnerships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

- **
Drive Sales & Growth**: Generate and boost demand with our distributors to increase sell-out in Colombia.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success and uncover new growth opportunities.
- ** New Business Development**: Identify and prospect for new accounts (end-users) in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, and Barranquilla.
- ** Strategic Sales Visits**: Conduct regular visits to distributors and clients, ensuring seamless execution of strategies and boosting market activities at points of sale.
- ** Product Presentations**: Deliver tailored product presentations that wow customers and enhance Farm Frites' reputation in the market.
- ** Market Insights**: Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- ** Trade Show Leadership**: Be the face of Farm Frites at key industry trade shows and events.
- ** Strategic Support**: Assist in executing company-wide strategies by understanding and adapting to the unique needs of each client.

**Your team**

You will be part of our sales team in Colombia and report directly to the Area Manager for Colombia. You will work with your colleagues in a pleasant working environment and in a positive atmosphere to drive the growth of Farm Frites.

**Education and skills**

We’re looking for someone with:

- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of solid sales experience, preferably in the food service or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of the Colombian Food Service market and excellent networking skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- The flexibility to travel across the country and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
