Como Especialista en Cuentas por Cobrar y Servicio al Cliente, serás clave para garantizar que todas las funciones contables se realicen de manera precisa y oportuna, sin la presión de trabajar en un centro de llamadas. Tu labor consistirá en asistir al equipo contable y de servicio al cliente, ofreciendo soluciones sencillas, directas y honestas a nuestros clientes actuales y potenciales.

**Ubicación**: Presencial en Medellín en la sede de MURANO - Calle 40sur # 41-44, Envigado.

**Horario**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 5:30 pm CST.

**Remuneración**: $3.000.000 ($1.950.000 prestacional + $1.050.000 no prestacional) +162.000 de Auxilio de Transporte.

**Responsabilidades**
- Procesar facturas, realizar auditorías y conciliaciones.
- Investigar y resolver problemas de cuentas por pagar con clientes y proveedores.
- Manejar auditorías/proyectos especiales con el equipo contable.
- Iniciar informes necesarios para investigaciones y/o ajustes adicionales.
- Garantizar que cada interacción con el cliente sea cortés, precisa y esté completamente documentada.
- Iniciar órdenes de trabajo necesarias y precisas, como solicitudes de cambios en servicios, características y códigos.
- Mantener una asistencia satisfactoria y **estar dispuesto a trabajar horas adicionales según sea necesario.**

**Requisitos**
- **+1 año de experiência comprobable en Customer Service y Account Receivable.**:

- **Dominio de aplicaciones básicas de Microsoft Office (Excel es indispensable).**:

- Habilidades interpersonales sólidas.
- Habilidades organizativas y analíticas sólidas.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y profesional.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
