**Introduction**
Send in a timely manner the different invoices with their special characteristics and all additional documents such as Purchase Orders, Warehouse Entries, Remissions, Pumping details, etc. as requested by our end client

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Generate operational and managerial reports according to management needs.

Analyze the requirements and processes to generate operational solutions or automation with Office tools according to the need

Generate ideas, opportunities for improvement and develop projects that allow better performance in the BPO units.

Seek optimization of the workforce through automations, improvements and reports that allow productivity measurement.

Manage as mediator between client requirements, unit managers and technical/development part

2 weeks (8,5 hours) Monday to Saturday and 2 weeks (9,5 hours) Monday to Friday, Saturday every fifteen days

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
At least 1 year of experience

Undergraduate or Student

Accounting finance

Sap Knowlege

Professional, good writing and communication, basic excel
