**TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de las estrategias de Bayer en el Canal Moderno (Supermercados y Droguerías de Cadena) partiendo de los lineamientos establecidos en las Fotos de Éxito (ISPOS).
- Velar por la disponibilidad del portafolio adecuado, en el lugar adecuado, con el precio correcto y material de comunicación relevante, cumpliendo con las negociaciones comerciales.
- Liderar el equipo a cargo y fomentar su desarrollo a través del acompañamiento, retroalimentación y entrenamiento.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de Rutas, KPI´s, 8 pasos de la visita y advocacy del equipo y zona asignada. Lograr, incrementar, conservar y defender las exhibiciones en los puntos de venta que permitan mejorar la visibilidad y posición competitiva de los productos; tanto en su espacio natural como en las exhibiciones adicionales.
- Desarrollar relaciones cooperativas y de largo plazo con los clientes y PDVs.
- Realizar y presentar Bussiness Review a sus principales clientes identificando buenas prácticas y oportunidades para el negocio y logro conjunto de objetivos.
- Llevar a cabo negociaciones en los Puntos de Venta a cargo que permitan el cumplimiento de los objetivos, optimizando los recursos de Bayer.
- Garantizar la mejor experiência para el comprador en el lugar que decida comprar.

**CALIFICACIONES Y COMPETENCIAS**
- Profesional o adelantando estudios universitarios en áreas administrativas, de mercadeo y/o ventas, con gran habilidad comercial.
- Experiência en el área comercial y ejecución en el sector farmacéutico y/o consumo masivo; liderando equipos de trabajo, con foco en el Canal Moderno (Grandes Superficies: Exito, Cencosud, Olimpica, Makro, Alkosto; y Droguerias de Cadena: Cafam, Colsubsídio, Farmatodo).
- Disponibilidad para viajar entre Cali, Nariño y Valle del Cauca.
