You will work with functional leadership to develop capabilities and support the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in a function and to conduct assessment interventions to identify gaps and build and implement training programs.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Create and manage content for existing programs and develop new content for new capabilities
- Manage the relationship with external partners
- Implement and deliver a learning agenda to ensure compliance to the training strategy
- Create and deliver functional communications and engagement activities
- Support human resources in succession planning
- Manage the reward and recognition program
- Manage the coaching program
- Manage the team database and keep it updated
- Track turnover

**What you will bring**

- Advanced knowledge of database management/data mining/big data (SQL, Access etc.)
- FMCG/CPG experience including commercial business and customer execution experience
- Direct training experience
- Capability management experience

Our Sales Team and Distribution Network key ingredients to our success, and you will work with functional and Centre of Expertise leadership to develop

capabilities and support the efficiency and effectiveness of team within the business. You will also implement assessment interventions

to identify and diagnose gaps, build and deploy Train of trainers programs, support Local Trainings and measure impact against investment.

**Job Request**:
5-12 Years’ experience in Sales, Capabilities, Change, Communication or Training Area.

Preferred Commercial Areas and Sales Field Experience (Execution in Right and Perfect Store), Trade Marketing and Sales Operations.

Administrative or Engineer desired but any Career applicable if flute in Workday Training Process, Sales Process, Training or Communication and Presentation Skills.
