We invite a **Senior Salesforce Business Solution Architect** to join our **remote **team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertaking discovery from a business architecture perspective
- Involvement in the development and implementation phases with deliverables including Salesforce Capability Map, Business Processes Architecture L1/L2
- Leading the development of the backlog RACI: A
- Contributing to the High-level Solution Architecture
- Managing all business workshops
- Aiding in the continuous refinement of the Salesforce Business Architecture process
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Architect with a proven history of successful project delivery
- Involvement in at least 3 projects as a technical team lead with consistent hands-on work over the past 3 years
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Management in Salesforce, OWD, OLS, FLS, Account Management, and Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Experience in leading the development of the backlog RACI: A
- Capability to contribute to High-level Solution Architecture
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Best Practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level) to ensure effective communication with clients and teams
