Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and the top ERP & CRM solutions, driven by our practices across many different industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- **Solution Design**: Design Salesforce solutions that meet client needs, leveraging best practices and Salesforce features.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training to end-users and support them with ongoing system use and troubleshooting.
- **Documentation**: Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, solution design, and user guides.
- **Project Management**: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends. Recommend and implement improvements to client systems.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**: 2+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or a related role.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
