**Inside Sales Representative**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners to support sales initiatives and expand business opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of quotes, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.
- Register and monitor sales data, analyze trends, and generate reports to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Lead the relationship with the reservations team, coordinating efforts to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct B2B sales activities, negotiating deals and managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Generate and use lead funnels for outreach, to pitch new and existing modes of business, qualify potential clients and create positive relationships.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Reach out to potential clients by ways of cold calling.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing programs
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Perfect English language skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the transportation industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with RFQs (Request for Quotation) and preparing business proposals to meet client needs and requirements.
- Proven experience with B2B sales, including negotiating deals with a value of $100,000 or more.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Zoho, to effectively manage client relationships and sales activities.
- Demonstrated experience with remote work, showcasing strong time management and autonomous work skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales success and exceeding targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
