**Job Description**:
As a Customer Service Representative at Fulfillment Hub USA, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and assistance with their inquiries, orders, and concerns. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory through our system.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalations, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Collaborate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns to prevent escalations and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on our services, policies, and procedures to optimize their experience and usage of our platform.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their inquiries or issues.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring client issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company policies to better assist clients.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and shipping logistics.
- Experience with customer service platforms.
**Job Type**: Full time / In Office attendance
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Colombian Time
Language: Fluent English proficiency is required for this position
