About the role:
This Head of HR will lead the HR agenda in Colombia, continue the cultural and talent transformation agenda in line with global Diageo initiatives to unlock growth & profitability for Diageo guarantee the right interpersonal design and the investments for the future of the business. Be a phenomenal business leader & business partner with an high influence within peers and in the business strategy and agenda. Encouraging people leader across the business.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:

- Shape HR strategy in the business in support of business growth and Diageo’s imperatives and ensure execution of plans.
- Drive cultural transformation agenda in line with global initiatives.
- Guarantee the best talent strategy to guarantee succession coverage in the market
- Lead our inclusion and diversity agenda in the market co owned in business.
- Great mentor local Exec team.

Qualifications and responsibilities:

- Demonstrable track record in leading HR transformation.
- Critical thinking.
- Results driven, proactive, executional.
- Great leadership and influencing skills;
- Ability to pioneer against a constantly evolving agenda & looking after ambiguity;
- Proven track record to significantly influence a broad range of senior team members;
- Demonstrable experience as HR executive, in the different HR areas as talent, reward & HRBP, service delivery, ER.
- Coaching skills.
- People and analytical skills.
