**About the Role**:
At GBS Group we have been helping entrepreneurs start, run, manage their businesses in the US for 25 years. To better serve Entrepreneurs just getting started we launched the **LLC Hub** brand to focus just on helping Entrepreneurs outside the US get started with their LLC in the US.
As a Senior Sales Representative at GBS Group, you’ll be responsible for selling prospective clients on the opportunity to start their own LLCs in the US. In this role, you will initially be involved in the entire sales cycle, allowing you to gain comprehensive knowledge of our company, clients, and sales framework. This foundational experience will prepare you to transition into a dedicated closer role.
As the face of LLC Hub (and GBS Group) to the clients, you will be guiding clients in determine whether having an LLC in the US will help them achieve their goals. At GBS Group, we hold ourselves to high standards of professionalism & integrity.

In this role, you’ll take charge of your own pipeline, turning initial conversations into valuable business opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how LLC Hub can help them achieve their goals.
It's more than just taking sales calls, it's about being a consultant to the client and understanding that having an LLC in the US will help them achieve their goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day.
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM.
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods.
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM.
- Educate prospects on needing an LLC from an expert perspective.
- Allow the Manager to shadow calls and give feedback
- Available most days from 9am - 6pm Eastern time to take calls
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry.
- Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients.
- Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Manager.
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond
**Results**:
- All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so service staff have proper expectations by EOD.
- A close rate of 20% or 30 LLCs sold per month is maintained.
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
- Sales stats sheet is updated M-F by 7 pm EST
- There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly
- Remains well-versed in the latest product offerings through continued education/training
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed
**Requirements**:
- Experience in high-volume transactional sales in Business Services
- Excellent communicator over the phone and video conference in English & Spanish
- 2+ years of experience selling to Small Business Owners (SMB)
- Strong presentation skills
- Open to learning new sales processes
- Routine-driven
- Open to grow rapidly
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leader
- Advanced level of English
