**GBS Intermed Collections Assoc** **(Medellin)**
**Descripción de cargo**:
Este puesto realiza responsabilidades de cobro de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos para varios tipos de clientes. Él/Ella impacta a la organización al mejorar el flujo de efectivo, minimizar la morosidad, reducir los días de ventas pendientes y limitar la exposición a deudas incobrables. Este puesto administra las solicitudes y respuestas de facturación de importación de clientes. Tiene un amplio contacto con los clientes, las agencias externas y los departamentos internos en relación con los problemas que afectan el pago. Este puesto debe tener un conocimiento de múltiples productos, servicios o unidades de negocio.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Brinda un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Responde a las consultas de los clientes dentro del acuerdo de nível de servicio requerido.
- Identifica, prioriza y resuelve problemas complejos que retrasan el pago.
- Desarrolla, crea y analiza informes de cobro y cuentas por cobrar.
- Actualiza la información del cliente y otras partes interesadas utilizando varios programas de software.
- Supervisa y mantiene las cuentas de clientes asignadas.
- Presenta recomendaciones para cancelar saldos de cuentas.
- Aproximadamente el 80% de las comunicaciones son por correo electrónico
**Calificaciones**:
- Competencia en el uso de productos de Microsoft Office.
- Nível alto de inglés conversacional
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de priorización.
- Habilidades básicas de negociación.
- Experiência en manejo de objeciones y obtención de compromiso - Preferible
**Condiciones Laborales**:
- Después del primer trimestre, trabajo desde casa durante 4 meses, trabajo desde la oficina 2 meses
- Posibilidad de elegir horario entre: 6h-16h / 7h-17h / 8h-18h
