Position Summary
Collector assist activities for Small Package.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
monitoring quality accounts, focus in 80/20 customers efforts for productivity, also Collector will assist in resolving complex Billing/Collections disputes.
He/She interacts with both internal and external customers.Key Accountabilities
- Reviewing open accounts for Collection efforts
- Resolves clientbilling problems
- Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
- Reviewing open accounts for Collection efforts
Other Job requirements
- Schedule from 2am to 12pm
- Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multitasking
Qualifications - Internal
Education and Work Experience
- Technical or bachelors' degree (depend of experience) in administrative careers
- At least 6 months of experience in Collection or Customer Service areas (preferred)
- Internal UPS Experiences: SCS & SP (preferred)
- UPS Systems: QWS, ISPS, IVP, ICRIS, Billing Center (preferred)
- Q2 2022 Performance Solid or above

- English 60%
