Resumen de trabajo:
Esta posición verifica los anticipos de gastos, realiza los pagos de rutina diarios, audita las solicitudes de suministros y codifica las facturas.
Él / ella identifica áreas de excepción, investiga las causas de las retenciones y demoras e inicia soluciones para resolver problemas que retrasan y suspenden el procesamiento de las facturas de los proveedores.
Esta posición realiza otras tareas según lo solicitado.Responsabilidades:
- Revisa y da seguimiento a los estados de cuenta y otras discrepancias en materia de facturas y pago de cuentas.
- Sirve como enlace entre departamentos y proveedores.
- Responde a problemas administrativos y consultas de proveedores.
- Garantiza la precisión de los registros de proveedores.
- Clasifica, archiva y compara facturas para prepararlas para su procesamiento.
- Examina, analiza, verifica y corrige las transacciones contables.
Calificaciones:
- Diploma de escuela secundaria, GED o equivalente internacional
- Excel intermedio
- Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Word, Excel, Access y Outlook
Conocimientos de inglés
- Intermed
