**5085 - GBS Intermed A/R Associate - Grado 7**

Esta posición es responsable de equilibrar pagos y ajustes en ISPSYS, PPS y otras aplicaciones locales. Él/Ella registra con precisión todas las transacciones contables, identifica las excepciones, investiga las causas de las retenciones/retrasos e inicia la resolución. Completa los informes del sistema, registra transacciones contables precisas, clasifica, archiva, coteja las facturas para su procesamiento, examina, analiza, verifica y corrige la contabilidad actas. Sirve como enlace entre los departamentos y realiza otras tareas según lo solicitado

**Responsabilidades**:

- Tramitar transacciones declinadas o abiertas en el sistema acerca de pagos con tarjeta de crédito. GCS
- Procesamiento oportuno de pagos manuales en el sistema de tarjeta de crédito o EFT.
- Tramitar disputas, balances y ajustes necesarios posterior a validaciones.
- Seguimiento y gestionar los elementos abiertos con mayor tiempo de envejecimiento en el sistema

**Requisitos**:

- Técnico o profesional, estudiantes de últimos semestres en carreras administrativas o contables.
- Inglés 70% - B1
- Excel Básico-Intermedio

Horario:
Lunes a Viernes: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
