As a **Technical Sales Representative - Medellin** you will follow up on customers, business projects and portfolio to contribute to sales growth, business profitability and customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities and our needs. You will report to the Commercial Manager, and it is based in #Medellin

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up on customer sales projections to guarantee the sales budgets established by the business.
- Identify at zonal level the current and updated portfolio of the PPG Department to guarantee a value offer according to the technical needs of the market.
- Monitor market trends including competition to have accurate information for strategic decision-making.
- Propose and accomplish customer improvement projects to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Visit customers to support the commercial management of the business to ensure follow-up to customer needs and sales growth.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience of 3 years in technical knowledge of the painting industry, automotive industry and Refinish.
- Experience of at least 3 years in commercial skills
- Education in Business, Relationship or Sales
- Availability to travel
