At Specialty Staffing, we're looking for highly motivated and passionate people who believe any challenge can be overcome. As a Real Estate **Sales Representative**, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of the US commercial real estate industry
**Compensation**
- Competitive monthly salary of $1,000 USD
- Unlimited monthly commissions, bonus opportunities, and SPIFs
- Paid U.S. holidays
**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- From 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Choose between the USA Eastern or USA Pacific time zones)
- Remote
**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build rapport with prospects, overcome objections, and gather crucial property information.
- Document progress and leads clearly and accurately.
- Collect and organize property data with attention to detail.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of property information.
- Confidently cold call, set appointments, and manage conversations with potential clients.
**Qualifications**
- No experience is needed We are committed to unlocking potential and seeking individuals with a strong drive for success and a natural talent for sales.
- A competitive, confident, and resilient personality is key. Your persuasive charm and positive attitude shine under pressure.
- A great attitude and a positive mindset are essential for thriving in a sales-driven environment.
- English C1 proficiency is required.
**Previous sales experience is a plus**
**Technical Requirements**
- Core i5, 8GB of RAM, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (20Mbps down, 5Mbps up minimum).
- A great headset to ensure clear and effective communication.
- A quiet workspace and mínimal interruptions during work hours for optimal productivity.
