**CONDICIONES**
- Profesional en áreas administrativas o mercadeo preferiblemente.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años liderando equipos de ventas.
- Experiência comprobada en empresas de tecnología y retail, en audio - video y línea blanca preferiblemente.
- Ingles - opcional.

**FUNCIONES**
- Desarrollar planes Trade Marketing para el canal y cada cliente para incrementar el sellout y lograr los objetivos con base en el forecast y el presupuesto para el área.
- Coordinar la introducción y lanzamiento de nuevos productos con la fuerza de ventas y ejecución en el mercado de acuerdo con la estrategia de la marca.
- Ejecutar y garantizar el guideline de visibilidad de marca en los puntos de venta.
- Crear y desarrollar iniciativas para actividades BTL y mercadeo en el punto de venta.
- Monitoreo de competitividad de los productos y actividades de Mercado.
- Garantizar el headcount y ROI por cuenta.
- Monitorear diaria, semanal y mensualmente los resultados del canal, categoría y de productos identificando riesgos y oportunidades que permitan desarrollar acciones para maximizar los resultados de los canales.
- Eliminar las barreras de ejecución inspirando la mejora continua.
- Responsable de los KPIs de ejecución, seguimiento de la FV y recopilación de información de calidad para alimentar el ciclo de planificación (aprendizajes, y medición y evaluación).
