**Responsabilidades**:

- Mantener un contacto directo y permanente con los clientes para analizar y comprender en profundidad sus necesidades, asegurando una comunicación fluida y efectiva durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto
- Participar en la negociación y definición de requerimientos con los clientes, proponiendo soluciones que resulten viables, escalables y alineadas con sus expectativas
- Definir, diseñar y desarrollar la arquitectura de software de los proyectos, garantizando su alineación con los objetivos del negocio y las buenas prácticas.
- Mantener documentación clara y detallada sobre las decisiones técnicas tomadas.
- Guiar y mentorear a los equipos de desarrollo, supervisando la correcta implementación de las soluciones arquitectónicas definidas.
- Identificar riesgos con antelación y desarrollar planes de contingencia.
- Delegar tareas adecuadamente con el objeto de alcanzar los objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales, teniendo en consideración las fortalezas y debilidades del equipo.
- Supervisar la calidad del código y realizar revisiones técnicas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y performance.
- Trabajar conjuntamente y de forma continua con el management del cliente y el proyecto a fin de generar soluciones técnicas de mayor calidad y escalabilidad.
- Asegurar una comunicación clara y abierta dentro del equipo y con otras áreas, para alinear los esfuerzos y asegurar el éxito del proyecto.
- Estar al tanto de las tendencias tecnológicas emergentes y proponer su implementación cuando resulte oportuno.

**Requisitos**:

- Grado Universitario en Cs. de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias Ingeniería Informática o campo afín
- Sólida experiência en desarrollo de software, con enfoque en la creación de soluciones complejas y escalables
- Sólida experiência roles de arquitectura técnica, diseñando y supervisando arquitecturas de software robustas en entornos empresariales
- Fuerte conocimiento en diseño y optimización de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (SQL, NoSQL)
- Familiaridad con prácticas DevOps, CI/CD, contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC, AWS y automatización de procesos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, y capacidad para la traducción de conceptos técnicos complejos en términos comprensibles para diferentes audiencias
- Capacidad para liderar y motivar equipos multidisciplinarios
- Capacidad para negociar con clientes y tomar decisiones bajo presión
- Compromiso con la actualización constante de conocimientos y la adaptación a nuevas tecnologías y metodologías
- Dominio del idioma Inglés - Bilingüe (contacto directo con clientes de US)
