Tendrá la responsabilidad de diseñar e implementar las estrategias de mercadeo y ventas para lograr el posicionamiento, cuota de mercado y rentabilidad adecuados del portafolio de productos de la unidad de negocio bajo su responsabilidad a nível nacional y de las terapias asignadas

**Obligaciones y responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar e implementar estrategias que permitan el posicionamiento, venta, rentabilidad y cuota de mercado de los productos en el mercado nacional.
- Seleccionar y conformar el equipo de trabajo de la Unidad de Desarrollo de Negocio.
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado, competidores y clientes de su unidad de negocio.
- Definir e implementar las estrategias de mercadeo, segmentación, plan promocional, estrategias de precios.
- Responsable por los lanzamientos de nuevos productos acordados en conjunto con casa matriz.
- Desarrollar planes de educación y entrenamiento de los portafolios y terapias a cargo.
- Establecer relacionamiento con Líderes de Opinión de la industria, fomentar las relaciones académicas con sociedades científicas y profesionales del sector salud en las áreas relevantes a su terapia.
- Definir e implementar las estrategias de ventas, mapeo de clientes, gerenciar oportunidades, liderazgo en negociaciones, acompañamiento a los equipos comerciales en campo.
- Asegurar la coordinación de su negocio con las áreas funcionales de la organización y casa matriz (Finance, Controlling, Sales Administration, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Supply SCM, Training, Engineering, Business Intelligence.
- Asegurar el adecuado control del capital de trabajo de su unidad de desarrollo de negocio.

**Competencias profesionales**:

- Experiência: 10 años de experiência comercial y de marketing en cargos similares.
- Formación: Profesional en Ingenierías, Medicina, Administración empresas, Mercadeo, Economía, Enfermería y/u otras carreras relacionadas con el área de la salud o negocios.
- Estudios de Postgrado en MBA, Mercadeo & Ventas, Finanzas, Gerencia en Salud, entre otros.
- Inglés fluido mínimo B2.
