**Building Dreams, Building Futures: Job Summary**

Be part of our client’s team as a **BIM/CAD Civil Technician**, contributing to the construction process with your expertise in VDC software and hardware systems.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 to 5 MT. 10 AM TO 7PM COL- Work setup: Onsite, Bogotá

**Blueprint for Success: Your Responsibilities**
- Working knowledge of VDC software and hardware systems, processes, and best practices.
- Assisting in modeling Civil scopes of work based on construction documents, specifications, product submittals, RFI’s, and shop drawings.
- Assisting in preparing models to be used for shop drawings, model-based layout, AR/VR, and integration with laser scans.
- Assisting in the management and coordination of Architectural, MEPTF, Structural, and Civil specialties of the model.
- Working knowledge or willingness to learn how to utilize reality capture data for model creation/update. This includes laser scanning, sUAS and terrestrial photogrammetry, and LiDAR.
- Identifying constructability issues, missing information, and notifying the project team of these issues and RFI’s that need to be written.
- Utilization of BIM 360, BIM Track, ProjectSight, and/or other project-specific information management systems.

**Qualifications That Set You Apart: Unlock Your Potential**
- English level: C1
- Experience: 4 to 5 years
- Expertise with Autodesk programs specifically Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Ability to read structural, mechanical, and architectural drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with National BIM Standards (NBIMS) and National CAD Standards.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam.
