**Unlock Your Potential: About The Role**

Be part of our client’s team as a **BIM/CAD Architectural Technician**. Assist in modeling architectural scopes of work, coordinating specialties, utilizing VDC software, and identifying constructability issues.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 to 5 MT. 10 AM TO 7PM COL- Work setup: Onsite, Bogota

**Dive Into Impactful Work: Responsibilities**
- Working knowledge of VDC software and hardware systems, processes, and best practices
- Assisting in modeling architectural scopes of work based on construction documents, specifications, product submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
- Assisting in modeling content from design through construction
- Assisting in preparing models to be used for shop drawings, model-based layout, AR/VR, and integration with laser scans
- Assisting in the management and coordination of architectural, MEPTF, structural, and civil specialties of the model
- Utilizing reality capture data for model creation/update, including laser scanning, sUAS and terrestrial photogrammetry, and LiDAR
- Identifying constructability issues, missing information, and notifying the project team of these issues and RFIs that need to be written
- Utilizing BIM 360, BIM Track, ProjectSight, and/or other project-specific information management systems

**Fuel Your Success: Qualifications Needed**
- English Level: C1
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Expertise with Autodesk programs (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Ability to read structural, mechanical, and architectural drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with National BIM Standards (NBIMS) and National CAD Standards
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam
- BIM Software Experience and Skills:

- Revit Architectural and Structural
- Model Creation
- Sheet Creation/Layout Drawings
- Incorporating Design Updates
- Scan to BIM (Reality Capture)
- AutoCAD
- Model Creation/Updates
- Sheet Creation/Layout Drawings
- Navisworks Manage
- Clash Detection Management

- Bluebeam Revu PDF software
- Microsoft Office
