At Monstarlab we are on a growth journey and are looking for an experienced colleague to help steer our branding efforts. As our new Brand Manager, you will help us position ourselves in new and existing markets, grow further and thereby achieve our mission to change the world with technology.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You are responsible for all aspects of the Monstarlab brand function and will work closely with our global colleagues, especially Communications, Marketing, and People & Culture teams, in developing market-fitting marketing material as well as employer branding campaigns.

**YOUR PRIMARY TASKS ARE TO**:

- Analyse markets, consumer behaviors, competitors, products and services, trends, and campaign performance.
- Develop Monstarlab’s global brand positioning - together with Communications and Marketing.
- Support local Marketing in translating the global positioning into locally fitted positioning.
- Identify, prioritize and design (together with your skilled designer) brand assets for global and local campaigns as well as non-commercial communication activities.
- Identify, review and manage global merchandise - together with our employer brand as well as merchandise production colleagues.
- Develop global and local campaigns and organic content - together with Communications and Marketing and our external media agencies.
- Analyse campaign performance - together with our social media experts.
- Collect, review and provide feedback on all global material, and develop and drive the Monstarlab Brand strategy - together with Communications and Marketing.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A relevant bachelor’s degree such as within marketing, advertising, public relations, communication or business.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
- Strategic thinking and executional power.
- 5+ years of experience from a multinational company.

- Appreciation of diversity in your responsibilities as well as everywhere else.

You will have two awesome designers reporting directly to you and will yourself report to our Global Head of Corporate Communications.
