We are looking for our next Data Vendor Analytics Coordinator to be based in Bogota Colombia

The Vendor Master analyst will perform analysis and execute the match, merge, de-duplication process for supplier master with the Apex Smart VM+ solution. They will be responsible for understanding and translating on-going business needs into detailed specifications, as well as, identifying and documenting the data design/process needed for the Apex Smart VM App/+ solution. The Analyst will support and work closely with the KYS Workstream leads to drive the implementation and adoption of the JnJ Golden Record Repository as the central repository for Supplier Data to enable reporting and analytics. Oversight for data quality on all fields within the Supplier Master Golden record ensuring that the Golden Record is of high enough quality to be shared throughout the enterprise. Ensure that data quality management processes and practices are followed in day-to-day activities, liaises with Supplier Master Data Execution team to support data profiling activities; provides recommendations on improvements to data quality and escalates any variance to the Lead Data Steward and Data Governance Lead.

The team will be influencing supplier master records supporting **$30B **of spend with **60K+ **suppliers **across **100+ countries**

- Own and supervise the match, merge (de-duplicate) process within the Apex Smart VM+ environment.
- Drive requirements gathering, issue management/resolution and other activities to ensure end to end solution is delivered on time and with quality
- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements for system solutions, document functional specifications, and create process flow diagrams
- Work closely with developers / consultants in defining acceptance criteria and partnering with scrum team to estimate development effort and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements (user stories points, sprints, etc.) ‍
- Develop relationships with key business partners to align and prioritize deliverables and timelines
- Provide oversight for timelines and deliverables, and report on project status, issues, and mitigation plans
- Work with business and IT partners to drive data element standardization, align on testing approach and define validation criteria

- Experience with Master Data Management processes and tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse audiences
