**About the Job**

We are looking for a Facilities Logistics Coordinator who has experience with logistics processes, vendor negotiations, data analysis, and teamwork with various stakeholders to procure items as required for daily operations for the Facilities team.

**As Facilities Logistics Coordinator, You Will**
- Be involved in logistics, imports, shipments, storage management and inventories for the company
- Analyze spend, and other forms of data, in order to prepare various reports as required
- Carry out deep dive spend audits, and report findings as required
- Forecast capability in terms of different items that Facilities administrates (food, toiletries, computers, webcams, amongst others)
- Prepare spend to budget performance reports
- Examine and analyze requisitions and quotations from vendors to ensure alignment with effective policies and procedures
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure products and services are sourced efficiently
- Create ad-hoc reports as required (a plus if experienced in Data Studio or other data visualization tool)
- Coordinate with international shipping for imports, securing the estimated arrival date according to our internal client needs
- Improve the processes and logistic cost optimization
- Lead the relationship with suppliers associated with the company’s logistics processes
- Negotiate cost reduction with suppliers
- Create and issue purchase orders to vendors
- Work with suppliers and cross functional teams to deliver best value
- Identify opportunities and deliver cost savings accordingly
- Manage relationships with stakeholders

**Requirements**:
**As Facilities Logistics Coordinator, You Have**
- University and/or College Diploma in Business Administration or any related field is preferred
- A combination of work experience and education will be considered
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Coordination roles for Facilities or other areas (Logistics will be taken into account)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is needed, minimum a B2 level)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly motivated and eager personality, with financial acumen
- Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- Leadership ability, critical thinking and goal oriented
