**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Extensive management of financial statements and their interpretation
- Meet the numbers / objectives / Sla and Kpis of the processes
- Application of regulations at the level of taxes and NIFF

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting and FA
- Plus knowledge in BPO industry
- Knowledge in operations of Shared Services Centers
- Works team management
- SOX and IFRS compliance
- Advanced working knowledge of PC software (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel) and SAP ERP

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Accounting, Finance, Processes, Cost, Backoffice
- Advanced knowledge of PC software and ERP's
- tax knowledge
- 100% Bilingual
