El mercado Colombiano demanda un conocimiento y cercana relación con nuestros clientes, sus necesidades y la implementación brillante de actividades que respondan a las necesidades de nuestros clientes y sus compradores (shoppers). El ejecutivo de cuenta debe tener el relacionamiento y entendimiento que le permita desarrollar el negocio velando por la ejecución de la foto de éxito de la mano del equipo del distribuidor.
1. Administrar el Plan de actividades de cara al equipo de ventas campo, proporcionando a los equipos (KA/Distribuidores) las herramientas y materiales para dar soporte e impulsar la ejecución brillante de los Sales Drivers con con los clientes.
2. Responsable de asegurar que las actividades se ejecuten al 100% y que entreguen el building block asignado al Distribuidor, junto con las premisas del mismo (cumplimiento de los KPIs de performance) y/o levantar las alarmas necesarias al equipo al CP&A del canal, sobre las barreras u oportunidades.
3. Asegurar una ejecuciòn brillante y sobresaliente en el trade en conjunto con los equipos del distribuidor y/o KA con base en los KPI's de ejecuciòn definidos para cada actividad en el M&E, desde planeaciòn a clientes, ejecuciòn y mediciòn de las actividades (M&E). 70% del tiempo en el trade.
4. Proveer a la organizaciòn insights y learnings de la ejecuciòn en el trade y el impacto que tienen las actividades en el performance, basados en los KPIs definidos en el M&E en la regiòn en que opera y del Distribuidor que lidera.
5. Responsable de capitalizar oportunidades de inversiòn en las regiones en que opera, cuidando las inversiones del canal y la estrategia definida a nível de canales.
