We're looking for an **Executive Assistant **who will support the CEO, employee, admin and HR, and Training departments.

**Here's an overview**
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day shift
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid

You will be working with a process safety & risk management consulting firm that helps companies achieve their business goals while reducing and managing risk through sustainable and adaptable operational risk management solutions.

**What are the daily tasks?**

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
CEO Support- Connect with the CEO everyday for 10 minutes to discuss any urgent or pending matters.
- Book travel arrangements and create travel itineraries for the CEO or any team member within 24 hours of task assignment
- Take care of EMAPTA-related issues on behalf of the CEO

Employee Support- Approve OTs, Leave and other employee requests
- Process any Empower requests
- Send the quarterly eNPS Survey
- Coordinate with EMAPTA regarding any employee-related activities
- Schedule a monthly check-in with each team member
- Plan team-building activities and Happy Hours

Admin and HR Support- Keep Slack, Google Drive and Asana organized
- Facilitate Scrums and other meetings on behalf of MBS
- Schedule team and client meetings
- Help Produce and organize webinar events
- Help with the hiring process (interviews, scouting for talents, facilitate assessments)
- Accounting support (help in QBO updates, reimbursements)
- Create Admin and HR Procedures and keep the info up to date

Training- Assist in NHO and Training
- Responsible for LinkedIn Learning and Training Certificates

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services industry or with a technology team
- Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
- Resourceful, can-do attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
