**The Position**

Organize, control, and supervise over the employees and contractors, from offer to completion. Complying with the political norms and legal statutes for each case.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all employee and contractor hiring processes from the offer.
- Collaborate with the Off-boarding procedure by the company's guidance and monitoring of each of the contractual models.
- Update the databases in the company regarding HR and Payroll on the different platforms to guarantee the veracity of the information.
- Ensure documentation of employee and contractor developments.
- Provide guidance and collaboration to any employees and/or contractors regarding concerns about their contractual model and other developments.
- Support everything related to the internal control procedure of disciplinary processes.
- Manage the VISA process and document building for these matters, when foreign people are coming to the company.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of LATAM regulations.
- General knowledge of the contracting area.
- Management of office tools.
- Data management and analysis.
- Undergraduate in law and/or administrative professions.
- Upper
- Intermediate (B2) English level.
