1 Misión Principal y Objetivo del Cargo (Definir en una frase):
Asegurar el óptimo uso de reactivos y equipos de la línea de Clínica con el fin de garantizar el uso permanente de cada producto y de esta forma contribuir a la consecución del
presupuesto de ventas.
2 Responsabilidades Principales (listar responsabilidades clave: máximo 6):
Asegurar la correcta aplicación de los sistemas / reactivos comercializados, proporcionando asesoramiento técnico y científico a los clientes a través de contacto telefónico o
visitas solución de problemas y las dificultades o disipar las dudas.
Transmitir la actualización de la documentación técnica y científica de los productos a los usuarios. Formar y capacitar a los clientes internos y externos en productos y sistemas
comercializados por bioMérieux Colombia
Plantear dudas científicas al GS, con el fin de otorgar solución de causa raíz a las dificultades encontradas por el usuario.
Garantizar los entrenamientos efectivos a los usuarios de la línea que lidera. (Preventivos, Correctivos, Actualización)
Identificar Oportunidades de Negocio a través del conocimiento a profundidad del usuario
Participar y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST de bioMérieux Colombia.
3 Estudios-Experiência, Habilidades y Calificaciones:
3.1 Estudios y Experiência
Profesional Microbiología o Bacteriología
Especialización o Maestría en Áreas Específicas de la Microbiología.
Un mínimo de dos (2) años de experiência cargo relacionado con servicio al cliente, deseable conocimiento del sector.
3.2 Habilidades y calificaciones:
Excel Intermedio/ SAP Intermedio
Búsqueda de Causa Raíz / Capacidad de Escucha / Organización, Método y Ejecución / Actitud de Servicio
4 Alcance, Recursos y Contactos
Alcance y Recursos: Entrenamiento en buen uso de los instrumentos /GSC
KPI: Cierre de Technical Complaints/Visitas con Objetivos/ Field Actions/ Satisfacción del Cliente
