**Job Overview**:
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative, the individual must be Bilingual with English and Spanish to join our team and assist our valued customers in resolving their inquiries and concerns. If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to excel, we want to hear from you

**Rate in USD: $6.50 - $8.00 (Per Hour)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
- Assist in setting up and resolving issues with customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Verify customer information and manage customer interactions in a timely manner.
- Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, account activities, and resolutions.
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed productivity and performance targets to contribute to the overall success of the customer support team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, both oral and written, is essential.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must have their own laptop-desktop with strong Computer/Internet connection
