Una importante empresa de inversión del sector inmobiliario está buscando Analista de Gestión de Activos para trabajar de manera híbrida en Bogotá, Colombia.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Lleva a cabo el análisis financiero de los activos de desarrollo, incluida la creación de modelos financieros y proforma detallados.
- Recopila, compila, investiga y analiza datos de mercado para identificar tendencias de mercado y prepara memorandos narrativos, informes detallados y resúmenes de mercado que brindan información sobre el nível de propiedad y las tendencias del mercado.
- Establece y mantiene relaciones productivas con corredores del mercado local, socios institucionales y de capital, prestamistas, propietarios de bienes raíces y otras partes interesadas clave, y administra adecuadamente las comunicaciones continuas relacionadas con las transacciones de desarrollo.

**Requisitos**:
- Nível de inglés C1 obligatorio (Debe reportarse solo a los EE. UU.)
- Viviendo en Bogotá, Colombia.
- Visado de EE.UU.
- Tener un mínimo de 1 año de experiência en finanzas (preferiblemente bienes raíces).
- Dominio de Excel y habilidades de modelado financiero.
