**What the role is**

Responsible for new talented photographers recruitment, photo production and asset bank management

**What you will be doing**
- Check the content needs of the location on production.
- Start pre production conversations with the location and the creators in order to close a residency.
- Do the contract per residency.
- Fill in the **Follow up** documents with every stage of the production.
- Bring the film residency to new locations which are opening
- Share the created content at the end of the month.
- Film project backups

**Asset Bank management**
- Asset Bank management, guaranteeing assets from all locations are available in the Asset Bank with accurate and correct tagging
- Coordinate and supervise the upload of all video and photo material to the Asset Bank.
- Coordinate, supervise and create collections in Asset bank
- Set out the navigation guidelines of the Asset Bank and socialize with all of the Selina locations.
- Coordinate and supervise the upload of all photographic material to the Asset Bank.
- Audit and correct the photographic material in the_ waiting room _according to the categories and the type of content generated from all locations.
- Upload **videos** content of Selina Film Residency in the Asset Bank.
- Create backups of the Selina Film Residency content. - DATA MANAGEMENT
- Provide shared drives for Selina Film Residency - DATA MANAGEMENT
- Organize and move files from shared drives to original project folders - DATA MANAGEMENT
- Auditing of the existing location content.
- Administrate or manage the platform for new accounts

**What you need for the role**
- At least of 3 years of experience in photography production
- Production skills
- Creative and aesthetic skills
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Google Drive
- Data management experience
- Backgrounds in Marketing / content curator experience
- Laguagues: English (mandatory), plus Spanish or Portuguese
