- Shift: Mon - Fri 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Colombia time

**Responsibilities: Empower Your Impact**
- Initiate and conduct calls with business owners interested in selling a portion of their equity.
- Deliver concise presentations about the company.
- Verify and validate potential leads.
- Schedule appointments with Senior Executives.
- Proficiency in English with a neutral or American accent is essential.
**Qualifications Needed: Unlock Your Potential**
- Comfortable and adept at high-level phone conversations as an Outbound Sales Agent.
- Utilize existing templates and methodologies for outreach.
- Experience in utilizing Buy Lists from Sourcescrub and Seamless AI.
- Expertise in lead qualification and validation processes.
- Primary goal: securing appointments with business owners.
- Some background in business knowledge to engage in natural conversations and extract pertinent information from owners.
- Proven experience in conversing with business owners directly.
- Ability to engage in unscripted conversations while effectively selling Caldicot.
- Tech Stack: Experience using AIs
- English Level: C1- C2
