Overview:
As PMO Solutions Manager you will devise solutions to support data-driven decision making & increased value for all projects working alongside PMO partners. Provides input to project strategy using their expert knowledge of tools and solutions. Performs project management activities including project documentation, business requirements and project tracking.

You must be able to work to short timescales and able to interpret complex business problems to offer relevant BI or RPA solutions. You must be able to work with all levels of the business, from SMEs to C-Level Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of the Global IT PMO team on the development of solutions to support data-driven decision making and increased value for all projects.
- Act as Subject Mater Expert for local tools and BI solutions.
- Attend Project & Departmental meetings to provide guidance and direction on requirements & solutions. Facilitate productive discussions to establish requirements and consider design alternatives with multi-functional teams.
- Write, approve, and prioritize requirements with a solid business understanding and strong attention to detail.
- Manage PMO Solutions workload (for all resources, direct and indirect) and keep requesters informed on progress, delivery dates and backlogs.
- Guide delivery team to execute on defined requirements, remove blocking issues from day-to-day operations of the team, and identify and communicate risks.
- Work with other teams sharing business intelligence knowledge and best practices.
- Creates efficient reporting practices and enhance reporting capabilities including design and implementation of reporting.
- Ensures solution requirements are successfully executed and issues are resolved timely.
- Able to produce & interpret all analysis & output requirements in DMAIC.
- Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.
- Understanding RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies, processes, and tools.
- Manage team to Agile Principals and Scrum Framework.
- Perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
- Deliver documentation and processes to support PMO Solutions operations.

Qualifications:
**Education and Specific Training**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a technical or engineering field (Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, etc)

**Work Experience**
- 12 Months Experience in a Call Center Position.
- Minimum of 2 Year Experience using Power BI.
- 12 Month Experience using SQL, MySQL or Oracle desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Flow and PowerApps highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge in any programming language.
- Analytical mindset focused on process and data analysis. Ability to translate knowledge and insight to non-BI experts.
- Understanding of data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining.
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience on Automation tools, such as UIPath.
