**Position**: Inside Sales Agent
**Inglés**: 85% o superior
**Remuneración**: 2.5 M COP (Comisiones por confirmar)
**Horario**: Lunes a viernes 8 am - 6 pm, CT
El agente de ventas se encargará del “cold calling” a diferentes leads que se tengan en la base de datos, su labor es verificar el interés de estos de adquirir los servicios proporcionados por la empresa y apoyar al equipo en las diferentes tareas que puedan surgir durante el día.
**Responsabilities**: El cliente está buscando un vendedor cold calling,se va a encargar de llamar a diferentes leads de una base de datos para agendar citas con los vendedores de campo para que los visiten y en ocasiones realizar ventas por el teléfono.
**Perfil del Candidato.**

**Habilidades duras y blandas**:
- Capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español.
- Capacidad de leer el calendario de los Estados Unidos y tener conocimientos básicos de matemáticas
- Capacidad de trabajar en un sistema de marcación predictiva
- Entusiasta, motivado y con capacidad para realizar varias tareas - Experiência previa en ventas
